what is a non-T&L knowledgeable video card?

Im asking this beasue i want to play it on a Samsung Q1P, will this work?

It stands for Transform & Lightening. A T&L capable illustrative card can perform accelerate 3D Transformations and apply Lightening effects. Those operations can be perform by the Processor, but it's performance will be significantly lower next that of a specially dedicated for that purpose symbolic card. Most recent video cards support T&L and many 3D applications and video games transport advantage of it and even prohibit to run if it's missing.
