ethernet is a standard for a wired web..
which can work on 10/100/1000MBPS depending upon the cabling, type of adaptor, switch & other active/passive components used contained by ur network. It uses IEEE 802.3 standard.
Intel Pro Wireless is an adaptor made by intel which is more or smaller amount used in notebook for Wi-Fi ( wireless networks ) or you can say net without cable. Uses 802.11a/802.11b/802.11g
standards of IEEE.

ethernet is an IEEE defined standard for the nouns to the internet. it is basically a chain that is used to bridge the computer to the internet. you might hold seen the cable. it have clips at both ends and is basically a co-axial.
the pro wireless is another standard for internet nouns but without the use of wires. it uses radio frequency and standards such as A, B, G. these are esponsible for wireless speed.
