i be looking at this laptop http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?... and was wondering if it be good for gaming and the close to.
Answer:
There are several different types of cache memory. What you are describing is fast memory on the cpu that duplicates slower DRAM memory.
Cach memory is the memory assigned to your cpu, its somewhere on the chip and is glorious quality...as a rule you will find 4meg cache but I think that at hand is an 8meg cache.
Go into the store and look for a real gaming notebook. This notebook just has a gb contained by there which is merely enough to run the Vista Premium. You want something beside 2 gb and a NVidia GForce of 7300 or higher. Now specifically a decent gaming notebook. Ask the Geek Squad to set you up.
