what is diffirent between DVD +/- RW drive and DVD COMBO contained by laptop.Can I history DVD within DVD COMBO?

A DVD +/- RW drive can be used to read and write a compact disc or a DVD.



Using a DVD COMBO drive you can read and write CDs but onle read DVDs (you can't write DVDs).
So Long as the DVD unit can write, it can convert, and Combos usually do that
