Dell InspironTM 1501

AMD(R) Turion 64 Mobile Technology MK36

15.4" Widescreen Truelife blind

1024MB 533MHz Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM (2x512)

80GB Hard drive

Thanks in mortgage for your answers, I'm stumped with this as it's my first laptop!

Answer:

It sounds okay.

Just okay.

Personally I don't similar to Dell. If you want a laptop, try Acer.

Also, notebooks to stay away from...

Compaq

HP

Gateway

Dell

I don't be a sign of to say that these are crap. But these are the laptops that individuals bring me for fixing cause they're acting up.

but the notebook you're looking at sounds pretty honest, just don't expect to do some solid gaming on it.
it's 'loaded' vista right

surfing, excel > ok

multimedia > no

checkout the inspirion e1505, much better !

_____________

well, i never know they still supported xp

in that baggage, get the win xp medium centre 2005 next to sp2

get the best processor u can afford, it's heart of system

so i guess the tl50 should be a must !

it's distinctly superior to the mk36

rest of specs are cool !

and ya, don't forget to lay down the recovery disks
Dell is other.
