PS & nought will happen to your laptop any ...it just won't work until you put the sturdy drive back.
No, the PC a short time ago wont boot up! If you put the drive back within, it will boot.

DO NOT TAKE IT OUT!!!! IT HAPPED TO ME THEN I HAD TO BUY A NEED HDD AND A NEW OPERATING SYSTEM = something like lb350 for new large spec hdd and operating system.
As usual the computer will not boot up.. It will to a cirtain place but thats that. Dont remove it when the computer is turned on. Turn it off, remove the batt and after remove the hard alertly, taking care not to desecrate the disk. Keep it in a verbs place.
