What happen if I simply close my up to date notebook puter lacking closing applications?

I get a new notebook and I don't want to mess it up approaching my desktop. Will it shut itself off, or does it result in harm to simply close it up surrounded by the middle of something?

Answer:

By shutting the lid you will put the laptop into stand by mode. This is fine. All the apps that you are working with will stay fine, they will be nearby when you resume with your work.
It only goes to sleep. When you restart it (by pushing on the power button) it will come up next to a sign-in page and you can carry on as usual.
It should travel into hibernation mode which stores your machines current state to the hard drive. When you approachable it it will go rear legs to where you concluding were
That depends on what settings you own.

Hibernate, turn off monitor...
The truth is, that you should put it into standby, it doesn't thieve long and it is safer, less expected to corrupt data.
Well,I guess the system of PC would lost some datas that haven't be saved...if it's shut stale unexpectedly....

so you'd better close it in common rule,I think...anyway it's.well brought-up for PC
