MANY years ago TV's have a problem with signals from both "amateur" and citizens group radios, because the frequencies of certain channel are "harmonically" related to those used by other services, and the TV's did not have a sufficient standard of filter to keep out the signals. (Color sets tend to turn green for one thing during neighbouring transmissions!)
RECENTLY, the use of "emergency notification" frequencies has artificial OTHER equipment like garage door openers.
Unfortunately, here is not a whole lot you can do more or less it, since in decree to keep the price down, signal filter is usually minimal.

If you're talking in the region of hard drive space, which folks seem to refer to as memory for some explanation, then you can any run disk cleanup and try removing unused applications/files, or get a second concrete drive.
